Chairman and CEO
Bob has 30 years of energy industry experience most recently serving as the CEO of ArcLight Energy Marketing and has previously served in leadership roles at Progress Energy, Cinergy, MidCon, and TECO Power Services.
He has specific experience in managing gas and power marketing and trading organizations, origination and sales, gas and power generation operations, gas supply, transportation/transmission, storage, asset management, fuel management, tolling and power sales/purchasing, and mid and back office functions. Mr. Adrian also has extensive experience in valuing and executing M&A initiatives for gas and power assets.
Bob graduated from Waynesburg University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting. He earned his MBA from the University of Houston.
Chief Operating Officer
Pete has over 30 years of energy industry and entrepreneurial experience and has held senior leadership roles at Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation in Planning and Gas Control, Strategic Planning and Marketing where he oversaw marketing, customer service, gas control, transportation service, facility planning and pricing functions.
Since joining eServices Pete has established consulting roles with a mid-size Marcellus producer , two gas-fired power generation projects and a newly formed FERC regulated storage company.
Pete graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering and has also completed the executive marketing program at the Wharton School of Business.
Vice-President of Energy Marketing
John has more than 13 years of experience in the wholesale energy business as a leader at a successful retail energy provider, a deregulated power company and a global trading organization. Prior to joining eServices, Mr. Kaczmarkiewicz served as the Manager of North American Key Account Sales for Direct Energy, a division of Centrica.
John has been responsible for a portfolio management team, a marketing and origination team, and was the Managing Director of Marketing and Origination at Mercuria Energy America.
John is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting.

Director of Gas Origination and Trading
Parker has over 11 years of experience in the natural gas, power, and financial industries with particular expertise in the optimization and hedging of interstate pipeline capacity and high deliverability storage.
Prior to joining eServices, Mr. Andrews was a Principal Researcher at IHS CERA, providing expertise on natural gas markets, concentrating on how storage, pipelines, and supply and demand dynamics affect price and basis across North American markets. Before IHS CERA, he was the primary US natural gas trader at Moneta Energy, ArcLight Energy Marketing, and Progress Energy Ventures where he traded long-term and spot physical and financial gas.
Mr. Andrews holds a BS from Northeastern University and an MA from Duke University.
Director of Operations
David has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry which began with Dominion Resources in 1999. At Dominion he focused on greenfield siting of new power generation before transferring to the operations group as a Gas Scheduler where he was responsible for wholesale and end-use scheduling on numerous Interstate and city gate pipeline systems in the Mid-Continent and Mid-Atlantic regions.
David then became a Natural Gas Trader where he was responsible for managing a physical transport book in the Mid Continent of up to 500,000 dth’s daily. David’s most recent energy experience came as a Senior Energy Manager for a private Energy Services company where he was directly responsible for the management of natural gas procurement and delivery for large North American industrial facilities. Currently, David manages the natural gas supply and operations for eServices trading book and eServices’ industrial clients.
David holds a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University
Treasurer and Risk Manager
Steve has over 28 years of energy industry experience in engineering, finance, structuring and risk management.
Steve spent much of his career at Progress Energy providing engineering and finance expertise for the coal, gas and hydro fleet and valuation and risk management for a large energy portfolio for both the regulated and deregulated businesses. More recently, he also provided risk management, credit compliance, valuation, and finance support for ArcLight Energy Marketing.
Steve graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from North Carolina State University where he also received a Master of Science in Materials Engineering. Steve is a Professional Engineer registered in the state of North Carolina and a Certified FRM (Financial Risk Manager).
Cara has over 15 years of experience working in accounting and finance functions in a variety of industries.
She started her career at Arthur Andersen LLP as an auditor for various manufacturing and financial services clients. She then worked at Dominion Resources, Inc. for several years primarily providing technical accounting analysis and advice to management and other company personnel regarding Dominion’s derivative portfolio. Cara has also held several management accounting and financial reporting positions within the financial services industry for CaptialSource Inc. and, most recently, for Capital One Financial Corporation.
Cara graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Virginia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Producer Services Manager
Jill has over 30 years of energy management expertise in matters related to the purchase, sale and transportation of wholesale natural gas supply at Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation, Columbia Energy Services, a privately held natural gas marketing company and Chesapeake Energy.
From 2006 to 2010, Jill was responsible for the sale and transportation CHK equity production in the Appalachian Basin, including its Marcellus Shale supplies.
Jill graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Virginia State College with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Manager of Gas Operations
Ben has over 14 years of experience in the natural gas, power and financial industries with expertise in natural gas trading and risk management.
Prior to joining eServices, Ben was a Natural Gas Trader at Virginia Power Energy Marketing, where he focused on the management and optimization of natural gas and storage assets on Tennessee Gas Pipeline, Iroquois Pipeline and other northeast pipelines. Before trading gas, he managed Dominion Resources’ Commodities Credit Risk Management team. Ben began his professional career in SunTrust Bank’s Commercial Management Training Program and handled commercial client relationships prior to leaving SunTrust.
Ben graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and played golf at Lynchburg College. Prior to Lynchburg College, he completed Naval Nuclear Power School and was active duty U. S. Navy from 1992 – 1998. Ben obtained his ERP (Energy Risk Professional) certification in 2010.
Manager of Operations
Seth has over 7 years of experience in asset optimization, the purchase of production gas, gas hedging, client management, producer services and contract execution at Dominion Resources, SEI Energy and eServices.
At these entities, Seth has purchased over $100 million worth of production gas and successfully managed approximately 250,000 Dth/day of producer gas across a variety of pipelines in the northeast USA.
He is a graduate of Liberty University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
